Abunaw Ose

Abunaw Ose is one of Gwinnett Training Academy’s newest coaches and started training with us full time after he graduated from Georgia Gwinnett College in 2016 with a Bachelor in Computer Science. He is a full-time programmer that has true passion for mixed martial arts. He specializes in striking and Muay Thai. He started his martial arts journey with Creighton MMA and continued his training under Amir Dadovic and is currently a redshirt in the Dadovic Muay Thai system. He pays very close attention to detail and it shows in his technical ability on the mat. He is a true student of martial arts who puts a lot of extra time into studying the art. As an instructor at Gwinnett Training Academy, he brings good energy and is excited to learn or help others in becoming better versions of themselves as martial artists, as he passes on his technical knowledge to the students at the academy. He is now a professional mixed martial artist and has had a lot of experience in the field of mixed martial arts and is a Brazilian jiu-jitsu purple belt. Some of his accomplishments include:

  • 2016/2017 IKF Muay Thai Champion
  • NFC amateur light-heavyweight Champion
